Planned Closures

We are open 6 days a week. Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday 11am - 5:30pm (except bank holidays) and Saturdays 11am - 3pm - we welcome walk in customers when there is availability however, we do prefer appointments. We advise to check this page for any planned closure dates.

Dear Customers,

We will be closed for our Annual Leave from Wednesday 12th November 2025 and will return back to normal business on Monday 15th December 2025.

We can still be contacted for any urgent enquiries or help via email (info@lorraine.co.uk). We will also try to answer calls or return phone calls as soon as we can - however, there might be a delay.
